PLDT has updated its Unli Fiber Plans for 2024, adding two new options for consumers: Plan 1399, which offers speeds of up to 100Mbps, and Plan 1799, which offers speeds of up to 200Mbps. Both plans are twice as fast as PLDT’s previous plans, and comes bundled with unlimited mobile calls to five nominated Smart, Sun, and TnT numbers to add better value.

Aside from unlimited calls, both new PLDT Unli Fiber plans offer access to Cignal TV’s selection of channels, which offers a variety of content ranging from movies, sports, kids’ programming, to popular TV shows.

The new plans aim to make PLDT’s offferings more competitive. For comparison, Globe’s GFiber 1299 offers speeds of up to 100Mbps but does not come with any inclusions, while their GFiber 1799 comes with speeds of up to 200Mbps and several inclusions like a WiFi 6 model, Disney+ Basic for a year, Php 1,000 Razer Gold Credits, and 1-year access to KonsultaMD. As for Converge, their FiberX 1500 and 2000 offers speeds of up to 200Mbps and 400Mbps respectively, along with free access to BlastTV streaming television service.

PLDT’s latest move is a win-win for consumers, as it gives them more fiber internet options with speeds that should suffice most of their needs.
