Xioami may have released the much pricier Pad 6S Pro just a few hours ago, but we’re still looking at the Xiaomi Pad 6 released a few months ago. It’s still capable for work and play with a 144Hz WQHD+ eye care display, a Snapdragon 870 chipset, and up to 16 hours of video playback on a single charge, not to mention the 33w fast charging it has. We’ve found an 8GB/256GB variant on Shopee for PHP 19,599.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ (5G)

The only 5G-enabled tablet in this list, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ features a classic and contemporary look in a sleek metal unibody, increase productivity with up to three windows in split-screen mode, and surround yourself with multi-channel audio with Dolby Atmos. This one is available in stores and online for Php 18,990 in an 8GB/128GB variant and with a Snapdragon 695 processor.

 

Huawei MatePad 11.5 WiFi

One of Huawei’s most affordable tablets can’t be missed, as the Huawei MatePad 11.5 features PC-level WPS office to help you get through documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. It also features a 2K display with TUV Rheinland certified eye care features, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, and support for Huawei’s own M-Pencil for drawings and handwriting, all in one 11.5-inch tablet that’s only 6.85mm thin. 

The Huawei MatePad 11.5 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage is available for Php 18,999 in stores and online, and comes bundled with a keyboard accessory.

 

realme Pad X

The slate offering from realme is the realme Pad X, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage to boot. We would have loved to put the 5G-enabled variant here, but it’s way over the budget for this article and we instead went to the WiFi-only model which costs Php 15,999. HONOR Pad 9

Last on our list is HONOR’s recently-launched Pad 9, which offers 8GB of RAM and 12GB of internal storage. The Pad 9 costs Php 15,999 as a unit alone, but is priced higher at Php 17,999 if bought with the bundled keyboard accessory. We said in our review that this is a good-performing tablet with a bright display and a great speaker system, which should be a good choice for your entertainment needs.
