As shared by Onleaks and 91Mobiles, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will have thinner bezels than the vanilla model to accommodate its large 14.6-inch 120hz AMOLED display at the extent of having a notch for a selfie camera. This is contrary to the initial reports stating that the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will feature two front cameras.
Save for the unusual notch on the display, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will also have a magnetic area for the S-Pen, along with a module housing a 13-megapixel main camera and 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The renders also reveal a quad-speaker system, USB-C, and still no headphones jack.
While not shown in the renders, 91Mobiles adds that the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is expected to have POGO pins on the left side of the frame for interacting with different accessories.
Other rumors about the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra include a huge 12000mAh battery with support for 45w charging and a 12GB/512GB variant that is meant for power users. Like the vanilla model, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor and will be unveiled in early 2022.
