Huawei kicks off its 2024 launches in the Philippines with the arrival of the updated MateBook D 16. With a starting price of Php 39k, the MateBook D 16 2024 is one of the most affordable 16-inch laptops that you can buy in the Philippines.
To recall, upgrades for the MateBook D 16 2024 include options for a 13th-gen Intel processor (up to a Core i9-13900H), a large 70wHr battery, a dedicated, and a large 16-inch display with a 90% screen-to-body ratio–all at a package that weighs just 1.6kg.
The MateBook D 16 2024 starts at Php 38,999 for the model, with a Core i5-12450H processor, 8GB RAM, and 512GB internal storage, making it one of the most affordable 16-inch laptops in the Philippines. Should you want one with a 13th Gen processor, Php 10k gets you an upgraded version with a Core i5-13420H processor, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage. If you want the range-topping MateBook D 16 2024 variant with a Core i9-13900H processor, that will cost you Php 69,999–which is a fair price for a laptop equipped with a Core i9 processor.

Aside from the MateBook D 16 2024, Huawei also confirmed that the MatePad Pro 13.2 will arrive in the Philippines on February 2. It is Huawei’s biggest tablet to date with its 13.2-inch flexible OLED display with a 144hz refresh rate and a 5.6K resolution. The huge tablet supports 88w charging–the fastest in a tablet–which can top up the 10100mAh battery to 100% in around 65 minutes.
Also arriving soon in the Philippines is Huawei’s unique FreeClip TWS, which utilizes an open-air design that clips onto your ears. The unique design allows you to enjoy your music while being aware of your surroundings–and also while making them more hygienic than conventional TWS earbuds.
