Infinix GT 10 Pro Official with Dimensity 8050, Gamer Aesthetic

Following reports that Infinix will be retiring the ZERO branding on smartphones for the GT series, its first offering under the new branding is the GT 10 Pro, which positions itself as a budget gaming device.

While it shares a few similarities with the NOTE 30 Pro with features like the 6.67-inch 120hz AMOLED display with a 32-megapixel selfie camera, 5000mAh battery with 45w charging, and a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 108-megapixel main camera and two 2-megapixel cameras, the GT 10 Pro is positioned more for gamers with its cyberpunk-themed back panel that has RGB lighting like TECNO’s POVA 5 Pro. Powering the GT 10 Pro is a Dimensity 8050 processor that’s based on the Dimensity 1300, where you get a max CPU clock speed of 3.0Ghz and a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. It’s paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, which should be enough for gamers.

You get MicroSD card expansion for storing your media, along with stereo speakers and a headphone jack. As for the AMOLED display, it can switch between 120hz, 90hz, and 60hz, and has 360hz touch sampling for fast input response. You also get an in-display fingerprint scanner, support for 10-bit color, and 1920hz PWM dimming, so you are getting a quality AMOLED display on the GT 10 Pro. Interestingly, the GT 10 Pro runs on Pure XOS 13, which Infinix claims has reduced bloatware.

The GT 10 Pro will be available soon, and Infinix quotes an estimated price of $250 or around Php 14k.
