Ahead of its official launch in India later today (July 5), we received confirmation that OnePlus will be bringing over the Nord 3 to the Philippines on July 14. As a follow-up to the upper mid-range Nord 2T, the Nord 3 gets a significant upgrade with its Dimensity 9000 processor that’s paired with 16GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The Nord 3 has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an IP54 rating, and Android 13-based OxygenOS 13.
Another big upgrade for the Nord 3 is its use of a 6.74-inch 120hz AMOLED display with 1.46mm symmetrical slim bezels across all four sides and a punch-hole for a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. It still has an in-display fingerprint scanner, and it boasts a 1.5K resolution, making it more detailed than most upper mid-range phones in the market.
The Nord 3 has a capable camera setup in the back that consists of a 50-megapixel IMX890 with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and an ambient sensor. Like any legacy OnePlus device, the Nord 3 keeps the alert slider to make it easy for you to put the phone in silent when needed. Keeping the lights on is a 5000mAh battery that supports 80w SuperVOOC charging, so topping up the battery should be fast as well.
The Nord 3 will be available in OnePlus Official Shopee Brand Store starting July 14, Lazada and TikTok Brand Stores starting July 20, and OnePlus kiosks and authorized stores starting July 21. We don’t know about the price yet, but OnePlus Philippines assures that the Nord 3 will have a very competitive price tag.
