After all the hype and anticipation, realme has officially unveiled the 12 Pro series globally in India. While we already know that the 12 Pro+ comes with a 64-megapixel OV64B periscope camera, the standard 12 Pro also ditches the filler macro camera for a more useful 32-megapixel telephoto camera, making the 12 Pro series the latest mid-range phones to offer a triple rear camera setup that’s truly versatile.

Design-wise, the realme 12 Pro series has a similar design language with its predecessor. The major difference is that the 12 Pro series makes good use of the large camera module with a better set of cameras. Both have the same Submariner Blue and Navigator Beige colorways, along with a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120hz refresh rate, 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 67w charging.
The realme 12 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor that’s paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage, along with a 16-megapixel selfie shooter and a 50-megapixel IMX882 main camera with OIS. The 12 Pro+, on the other hand, comes with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor that’s paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage, along with a 32-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel IMX890 main camera–also with OIS.
