The Phantom Ultimate 2 offers a larger screen real estate, rivaling small tablets, with a 10-inch LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 1620×2880 and a 4:3 aspect ratio. It is also the first foldable smartphone with TDDI technology, a self-developed dual hinge mechanism, and the thinnest battery cover on any smartphone, measuring 11mm when folded. When folded, you have a usable 6.43-inch screen.
In addition, the device features dual hinges to minimize screen crease, offers unique use cases like folding laptops with keyboards, tent mode for dual-screen conversations, and supports multi-window mode for less-cramped multitasking.
Not much is revealed about the Phantom Ultimate 2 as far as specs go by, but the photos do confirm a triple rear camera setup, metal frame, USB-C port, and stylus support.
Although Tecno has not yet disclosed its precise plans for the release of the Phantom Ultimate 2, it is undoubtedly an intriguing initial glimpse at the direction this trend is going.
