Galaxy AI Coming to Galaxy Watch Soon

After debuting Galaxy AI on the Galaxy S24 series and rolled it out on previous-generation Galaxy S and Z series phones, Samsung announced that Galaxy Watch will be receiving Galaxy AI features soon.

Galaxy AI with the Galaxy Watch will have better integration with Samsung Health, with Energy Score giving users a a better understanding of their daily condition through a combined analysis of personal health metrics including sleep time average, sleep time consistency, bed/wake time consistency, sleep timing, previous day activity, sleeping heart rate and heart rate variability to help you take on your day.

To complement that, Wellness Tips aims to help users reach their personal health goals by offering insights, motivational tips and guidance based on the specific goal you’re looking to achieve. 

Galaxy AI also aims to enhance Samsung’s sleep AI algorithm for better sleep insights for a more accurate analysis of a user’s sleep quality with additional metrics like movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate and respiratory rate during sleep.

There will also be improved fitness features that include detailed Aerobic Threshold (AT) / Anaerobic Threshold (AnT) Heart Rate Zone metrics and Functional Threshold Power (FTP) metrics, with the latter helping you train like a pro by using a personalized power index based on AI data analysis to maximize performance.

These new features will roll out on the next Galaxy Watch line-up via One UI 6 Watch, which is available later this year, while a limited number of Galaxy Watch users will have early access to the beta program starting in June.
