Digital Tax is coming, and not everyone’s happy about it. Netflix announced that it is raising the prices of its plans because of the 12% VAT implemented as part of the Digital Services Law. Everyone’s furious, even though the law’s implementing rules and regulations promise 5% of the collected VAT to help the local creative industry.
Updated Fiber Plans from Converge and Globe. Converge unveiled their Super FiberX plans with higher speeds and better inclusions, while Globe GFiber added limited offer perks like Piso cashout and no lock-in period, which rarely happens for any postpaid fiber plan. Both look promising on paper, but it boils down to how good their service is when you apply for one.
