Among all the foldable phones that were officially announced so far, the OPPO Find N is the most unique out of the bunch. OPPO’s first foldable has a form factor that’s more compact than the likes of the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Huawei Mate X2 while keeping the same idea of a phone that can turn into a tablet when needed.

OPPO has been mum about the global release of the Find N for the past few months, and new reports reveal that the brand might make the Find N official globally–but not as an OPPO foldable.

Instead, OPPO intends to rebrand the Find N as a OnePlus foldable for international markets, and tipster Yogesh Brar told Pricebaba that the only difference between the two foldable will be the name. While this does give us hope for an actual global launch for the Find N, it’s not surprising that the OPPO foldable will get rebranded as a OnePlus device after they have merged back in 2021.

With OnePlus now functioning as a sub-brand of sorts under OPPO, it’s not surprising that phones from both brands look similar and have the same specs as well. One very good example of this is the upcoming Nord N20, which looks like a variation of the Reno7 Z that is already available in the Philippines.
