ASUS ROG held an event last April 16 at The Corner House in San Juan City, showcasing all of their new and upcoming peripherals for 2024. These include new OLED gaming monitors, gaming keyboards, gaming mice, headsets, microphones, WiFi 7 Gaming routers, and their Back-to-the-Future lineup of motherboards, graphics cards, and desktop PC chassis.
One of the highlight products is the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM, which is a 32-inch 4K QD-OLED panel that has a 240hz refresh rate. That’s a rare combination for a QD-OLED display, and this shows that ASUS ROG wants to push the boundaries when it comes to gaming monitors.
Aside from QD-OLED displays, ASUS revealed its new ROG IPS gaming displays with the Strix XG27UCS and XG27ACS. The former offers a 180hz refresh rate, while the latter gives you a 160hz refresh rate. Both displays have a swift 1ms GTG response time and have support for NVIDIA G-Sync and a wide DCI-P3 color gamut with DisplayHDR 400 certification for stunning HDR performance
When it comes to gaming keyboards, the ROG Falchion RX Low Profile is a compact 65% mechanical keyboard that uses ROG’s in-house RX Low-Profile Switches that are paired with two dampening foams for the best possible typing and gaming experience. It also has a touch panel for adjusting volume, media playback, and tweaking other settings, along with connectivity options that include the ROG SpeedNova wireless tech.Â
For gaming mice, the ROG Keris II Ace weighs only 54 grams and packs the latest features to help unlock your potential in competitive play, especially with FPS games.Â
As for wireless audio, ROG updated its Cetra TWS earbuds with SpeedNova tech, giving you ultra-low latency gaming audio, along with support for 24-bit 96khz audio, Dirac Opteo, and Adaptive ANC. The Cetra TWS SpeedNova also features Bone-Conduction AI microphones to give you superior call quality.
If you need a reliable microphone, the ROG Carnyx is a professional-grade cardioid microphone that has a 25mm condenser capsule and a 192khz/24-bit sampling rate for a rich and natural sound. Its high-pass filter helps reduce low-frequency noise, while a built-in pop filter prevents vocal plosives, and a metal shock mount reduces external vibrations. It also has a one-touch mute button and a multi-functional control knob to handle all of your recording and streaming needs.Â
Also new to ROG’s lineup is the Rapture GT-BE98, which is a quad-band WiFi 7 gaming router that offers speeds of up to 25Gbps and has dual 10Gbps ports. This top-end router is designed for gamers who want to keep multiple devices connected and still get incredible gaming performance. The Rapture GT-BE98 can handle up to sixteen simultaneous WiFi streams for more video streaming, gaming, and browsing for everyone in your home.
As for ASUS’ Back-To-the-Future (BTF) series of products and solutions, these products represent a new direction for DIY computer building by hiding connectors on the underside of a motherboard, leading to cleaner cable management and a more minimalist appearance.

Rounding up all the announcements ASUS made in its ROG 2024 launch is the ROG NUC, which is an ultra-compact gaming PC that features up to a Core Ultra 9 processor and up to an RTX4070 GPU. The ROG NUC comes in a 2.5-liter chassis that easy to upgrade, and is compatible with the Raikiri Pro controller, making it a great option for gamers looking for a compact gaming PC rig.
