The second major Android update for Samsung’s mid-range phone
Following the Android Oreo rollout for the Galaxy A5 (2017), it is now the Galaxy A7 (2017)’s turn to receive the much-awaited update. As of this writing, the update is available in Vietnam, and it weighs in at around 1.3GB.
Aside from Android Oreo and Samsung Experience 9.0, the update also includes the April 2018 security patch. Expect the update to be rolled out in other Asian countries like the Philippines in the coming days.
