Here’s what you need to do to avail of the trade-in promo for the Reno10 5G series:
- Visit any of the selected OPPO Brand Stores.
- Download the SmartExchange App and input your device’s IMEI number to accurately assess the value of your phone. Any brand is accepted, and multiple phones can be combined for an accumulated value for one OPPO Reno10 Series 5G smartphone.
- Input the provided store code from our promoter and begin the test.
- Complete a series of tests including Dead Pixel Test, Touch Screen Test, Screen Rotation and Proximity Sensor Test, Hardware Buttons, Camera and Fingerprint Test, Device Locks, as well as Physical Tests.
- Upon completing all tests, you will receive the results and the corresponding value of your old device. Once done, customers should fill in their name, email and contact number.
- The additional value are as follows: Php 1,000 for the Reno10 5G and Reno10 Pro 5G, and Php 1,500 for the Reno10 Pro+ 5G.
