A notched phone that’s more affordable than MyPhone’s offering
When MyPhone launched the myNX1 last December, it was the most affordable phone with a notch at a sub-Php 4k mark. Cherry Mobile does not want to get left behind: aside from the notch-sporting Flare S7 Deluxe, the Pinoy brand unveiled a more affordable notch-sporting phone with the Flare J2 Prime.
Being more affordable than the myNX1 at Php 3,699, the Flare J2 Prime sports a smaller display, though you are getting an HD+ resolution. In addition, you get a higher-resolution rear camera.
The tradeoff for the Flare J2 Prime is its slightly smaller battery and dated processor. Other than that, its Php 3,699 asking price is pretty good for a budget notched phone.
