To be powered by a Samsung Exynos SoC
While we initially thought that Meizu would be launching a new phone on January 4, it turned out that the said date was to announce when they will be launching the M6S, which will be happening on January 17. Select members of the media received the invite in the form of a blue brick with an embossed Chinese text translating to “Young Good”:
Confirmed specs include a 5.7-inch 18:9 display, a 2930MaH battery, a hexa-core Exynos 7972 processor, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, and two models: a 3GB/32GB variant and a 4GB/64GB model.
Pricing is expected to be at around 1,299 Yuan (~Php 10K) for the 3GB/32GB variant.
