The e-commerce giant launches guaranteed delivery service
Hesitant to go on a shopping spree during 12/12 because of loooong Lazada delivery times for your items? Well, there’s light at the end of the tunnel, as Lazada has launched its guaranteed delivery service for LazMall purchases.
If your package is eligible, you can expect your package within two days of purchase online. For some items, you can even get it within a day of ordering.
You’ll know when your package is eligible if it has either a checkmark or a 24H icon, and Lazada says they’ll compensate you if your order doesn’t arrive on time. Compensation is Php 50 and it’s done through Wallet Credits.
