Under Php 20k Phones with 12GB RAM in the Philippines (2024)

Smartphones nowadays at the cheaper scale are getting beefier hardware, and we’re up to the task: Which phones under Php 20,000 in the Philippines for 2024 (so far) have at least 12GB of Physical RAM? We list down those we found.

It’s no secret that everyone wants that extra oomph for their multitasking or gaming activities, and phones equipped with 12GB RAM does just that. While many brands offer virtual RAM by tapping on the phone’s storage, nothing beats actual physical RAM to accompany you with your everyday activities. Here are those that we saw priced under Php 20,000 AND are 2024 models:

The most affordable smartphone with 12GB of RAM to date is the itel RS4, which packs 256GB of eMMC 5.1 storage and a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate chipset for a price of less than Php 8,000–which is something unprecedented this year.

The rest of the phones with 12GB RAM in the Philippines for 2024 year are all on the Php 10,000 to Php 20,000 range. A big chunk of this is from Xiaomi’s Redmi and POCO product lines. Other notable mentions include HONOR with the viral HONOR X9b earlier this year, and realme with the recently-launched realme 12+.

It’s worth noting that 5 out of 9 (or more than half of the phones) on the list have 512GB of internal storage to allow users to install more apps and games, as well as store more content on their devices.
