Traffic is horrible, don’t add to it

If you’ve gone out or commuted at the start of this month, you probably would have noticed that traffic is suckier than usual. I’ve personally had to turn back and not attend an event in MOA after spending two and a half hours on EDSA from QC and still not getting past Crame. Drives that usually take an hour or so have ballooned to two hour affairs, which only gets worse as the Christmas season piles on.

So, if you’re looking to buy that gadget that’s long been in your wishlist, please consider online shopping for the sake of your sanity. There’s already a bunch of reputable online stores like Lazada and Shopee where you can get your swag, delivered straight to your door without having to wade through horrible Manila traffic.

If you’re not a fan of those two sites, most major retailers also have their respective online stores as well. MemoXpress, the biggest seller of phones in the Philippines, has their own online portal where you can choose and buy your stuff to be delivered straight to your door. You can pay via COD as well, so no need for card.

So this Christmas, before you pile in your car and add yourself to the already gridlocked roads of Metro Manila, try searching these sites for the stuff you want to buy instead. You’ll be saving yourself the hassle (plus gas) of driving to the mall, and leaves you free to do other stuff instead.
