In its report, Smart got a Speed Score of 68.78, which is almost 10 points higher than its 59.71 score in the previous SpeedTest Index report. Globe is at a distant second with 32.67, which is an improvement over its previous score of 28.38, while third telco DITO scored 24.47–which is lower than its previous score of 25.34.
