After TECNO unveiled the POVA 6 Pro at MWC 2024, it was a matter of time before we got to know details about the standard version. For the unveiling of the rest of the POVA 6 series, there is a lower-end Neo variant that emphasizes having a huge battery.Â

Both the POVA 6 and POVA 6 Neo are 4G-only phones that use a Helio G99 processor and come with as much as 256GB of storage. They both have 6.78-inch 120hz displays, but the Neo gets an IPS panel instead of an AMOLED panel–which is seen with its thick bottom bezel. Also common between the two are stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Android 14 out of the box.
Save for the processor, the standard POVA 6 has the same set of features as the Pro version–that includes the 6000mAh battery with 70w charging, a 108-megapixel main camera, up to 12GB RAM, a 108-megapixel main camera, a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and the fancy LED lighting at the back.
The POVA 6 Neo, on the other hand, gets a toned-down 50-megapixel main camera and 8-megapixel selfie camera but comes with a huge 7000mAh battery that supports 33w charging.
TECNO has yet to reveal the pricing of both the POVA 6 and POVA 6 Neo, but since the POVA 6 Pro had a Php 11,999 official price in the Philippines, we expect the standard POVA 6 and POVA 6 Neo to be priced at under Php 10k.
