A rugged wireless speaker worth considering?

In the case of the Gadgetverge Xtreme, this Bluetooth speaker is not just a rugged one at that; it offers two mounting options to suit your audio needs.
Packaging and contents:
The Gadgetverge Xtreme’s packaging is pretty straightforward: Aside from the usual branding, you see the speaker itself behind the translucent packaging.
Inside the box, you have the Gadgetverge Xtreme, a MicroUSB cable, a carabiner, a suction cup, and some documentation.
Initial impressions: Pocket-sized audio buddy
The Gadgetverge Xtreme is small in size, and its circular design will remind you of a hockey puck. The body is made out of ABS rubber that’s designed to withstand most harsh conditions with its IPX7 certification.
On one side of the Gadgetverge Xtreme is a flap that houses the MicroUSB port for charging the speaker. There’s no line out jack in sight, which means that you use the Gadgetverge Xtreme purely as a wireless speaker. Powering the speaker is a 600mAh battery that can last for up to 7 hours on a single charge.
On one side of the speaker, you have your controls that consist of a power button, play/pause button, volume controls (that double as previous/next controls), and an answer call button with an embedded microphone on it.
Right above the controls is a hook where you place the supplied carabiner should you plan to clip this speaker into your bag, your bike, or whatever place you can think of.
On the other side of the speaker, you have the speaker module itself and a mount for the supplied suction cup. The suction cup is made to mount the Gadgetverge Xtreme on flat surfaces. If you use the suction cup as a mounting option, the speaker fires downward, producing a slightly louder volume compared to when not using the suction cup.
