While we wait for the official pricing of ASUS’ first gaming phone, a retailer leaked what appears to be the official price of the ROG phone.
In the message Tipsgeeks received from ASUS Kiosk SM Naga, they were told that the 8GB/128GB variant of the ROG phone will cost Php 49,995, while the 8GB/512GB variant will cost Php 61,995.
If the pricing is not enticing enough, the preorder promo includes Php 8.2k worth of freebies consisting of the Aeroactive cooler, hard bundle case, and a ROG jacket to show your alliance to the Republic.
If the pricing is true, this makes the ROG phone fairly priced, especially if you consider the freebies that go with the pre-order bundle. In addition, it is relatively affordable for a phone sporting 8GB of RAM.
To recap, the ROG Phone’s gaming credentials include a speed-binned Snapdragon 845 processor and a unique cooling system that keeps the phone stable even at heavy loads.
