THL’s latest flagship, the THL W8S, is going to make it’s way to the Philippines this Halloween. This is according to their official local distributor, Novo 7 Tech. To spice things up though they’re offering freebies to those who will place pre-orders via their Facebook Page. Those who pre-order will get the following freebies: Jelly Case, Screen Protector, and 8GB MicroSD Card.
