Xiaomi is launching a new flagship come January, is it the Mi 5?

Folks eagerly anticipating the arrival of Xiaomi’s Mi 4 may be a bit peeved that the company is releasing yet another flagship this January.

According to Bin Lin, one of the founders of the company and its current president, the company will be releasing a new flagship on January, though he did  to give the specifics when exactly the big reveal would be.

It stands to reason that the company’s announcement will be done during the Consumer Electronics Show that’s set to begin a few weeks from now.

Bin Lin also announced the results of the latest round of funding for Xiaomi, with the company netting $1.1 billion, with the company now valued at $45 billion.
