GoTyme Bank, a digital bank made in partnership with the Gokongwei Group and Singapore-based group Tyme, is working on improving its tech and security measures ahead of its planned launch in the Philippines by the third quarter of 2022.

GoTyme makes use of the open-source platform SonarQube, which helps continuously inspects and reviews codes to detect any potential bugs.
“Our payments fraud capability is world-leading, and we make use of our own and also industry data to spot and prevent attacks,” Bennett adds.
Once they go live in the Philippines, GoTyme Bank clients will be able to open an account and receive a free personalized debit card in under five minutes via digital kiosks located in Robinsons Malls and Robinsons Supermarkets.
