After becoming official in China last month Huawei is starting the global rollout for its ultra-thin MateBook X Pro 2024. It was made official in Dubai, and the MateBook X Pro 2024 is now official in Malaysia in Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 9 variants.

What makes the MateBook X Pro 2024 insane is that you get a powerful set of internals in a body that weighs less than 1kg–980g to be specific. That’s on top of being thin at just 13.7mm. Despite its thin and light frame, you get a flagship 14.2-inch OLED touchscreen display that has a 120hz refresh rate, 1000nits peak brightness, and a 3120×2080 resolution. The display also has touch support with up to 10 fingers.

You also get two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3, while its webcam has a 1080p resolution and works together with 4 microphones and 6 speakers. Completing the package is a 70wHr battery that supports 140w charging, which allows for 3 hours of use with just a 10-minute charge.

The pricing of the MateBook X Pro 2024 in Malaysia are as follows:

• Core Ultra 7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD – RM 8,999(~Php 110k)
• Core Ultra 9, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD – RM 10,999(~Php 135k)
