Skyway Stage 3 to Open 3 More Ramps on October 1

Good news for those who are patiently waiting for the additional Skyway ramps to open. On October 1, 3 new ramps will open along the Skyway Stage 3.

On Twitter, Skyway SOMCO announced the opening of the three new ramps: Nagtahan Northbound ramp, G. Araneta Northbound ramp, and A. Bonifacio Southbound ramp. These ramps will provide motorists a more convenient travel, allowing them to exit closer to their destinations.

Along with the announcement, the management also reminded the public that only Autosweep RFID tags are recognized on the Skyway, NAIA Expressway (NAIAX), South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), and the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX). No need to worry as the management is already working on how to integrate Easytrip tags on its expressway system. Meanwhile, motorists without Autosweep RFID may proceed at select on-ramp toll booths of the expressway for installation.

More ramps will open soon on the Skyway Stage 3. For now, the management wants the public to observe the strict 60 kph speed limit as construction works are still ongoing.
