Specs Of The Lenovo Legion Y90 Gaming Phone Have Been Leaked

Sometime late in December, we were able to get an interesting scoop on the Lenovo Legion Y90 Gaming Phone. It was tested with an extended gaming session of Genshin Impact on the highest settings, infamous for bringing even flagship hardware to its knees.

Now GSM Arena has leaked some tidbits of confirmed specifications that are sure to pique your interest. The device will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, which is rumored to be slightly ahead of the next-generation Dimensity 9000 and Exynos 2200 chipsets. Considering the fact that the latter has coordinated with AMD for the GPU processing, we’re seeing an extremely huge leap in processing power from previous generations.

The Lenovo Legion Y90 phone’s screen will be a 6.92-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. This will make for some enjoyable content consumption when the user is on-the-go. A 720Hz touch sampling rate also makes for a slight competitive edge when gaming, especially competitively when reaction and touch times spell the difference between a win and a loss. The onboard dual-axis vibration motors will also help make the experience more immersive.

Supplementing the device is a sizeable 5,500 mAh battery pack with 68W rapid charging technology, along with up to 18GB of RAM and 512GB of memory. Multitasking will be a walk in the park with those numbers – large enough to throw the concepts of RAM management and efficiency out of the window.
