The cat’s out of the bag!
The Vivo V5 Plus is set to be launched locally this Saturday, January 21st, and Vivo has been pretty tight lipped about what their new handset has under the hood. A few details have already been leaked out, thanks to their promotional material confirming that it will have dual front cameras at 20-megapixels plus a secondary one at 8-megapixels, but we’ve been playing a guessing of sorts with its other specs. Well, the guessing and speculation can stop, as Malaysian retailer — Direct D — has spilled the beans and given us a peek at the Vivo V5 Plus’ entire spec sheet plus its pricing.

Out of the box, we can expect to receive the usual accoutrements along side the V5 Plus: USB wall charger, microUSB cable, earphones, and documentation.
With the deets, leaked we can see that the V5 Plus gets a significant bump up in terms of internals when compared to the Vivo V5. We’ve also crowned the Vivo V5 the current king of selfie-centric smartphones but, barring any potential hiccups, we think it’s safe to say that it will bend the knee to the V5 Plus.
As far as its pricing, Direct D has the Vivo V5 Plus listed at 1799 RM, which converts to Php 20,149.
