While vivo has unveiled the V30 and V30 Pro in the Philippines, they told us during the grand launch that a V30e is coming soon to our shores as well. We were told that they vivo will launch the V30e later in April, and a post on Twitter reveals an alleged box of the phone, along with its design.

Looking at the leaked packaging, the V30e will look different from the other V30 models, as it will have a dual-tone back panel design and a circular module housing two cameras and an Aura Light 2.0 LED. Unlike the V29e, the V30e is going for a curved AMOLED display–and we expect it to have a Full HD+ resolution since the V30 and V30 Pro come with a 1.5K resolution. Just like its predecessor, the V30e will have an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 64-megapixel main camera–presumably with OIS.Â
While we expect the V30e to have 8GB RAM and Android 14 out of the box, one of its major upgrades is its use of a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. This means that the V30e should be able to shoot 4K videos at last–a feature that has been missing on vivo’s Vxxe series. We’re still waiting for more details, but expect the V30e to launch in India soon.
