The global market got the Xiaomi Pad 6 last year, making it the brand’s top-end tablet to date. This year, we’re not getting a Pad 7; instead, Xiaomi is bringing over the Pad 6S Pro to global markets as a bigger and beefier version.

The Pad 6S Pro is physically bigger with its 12.4-inch IPS display that has a 3:2 aspect ratio, a dense 3048×2032, and the same 144hz refresh rate as the regular Pad 6. It has different touch sampling rates for finger and pen interaction at 360hz and 240hz respectively, and its display is claimed to be professionally color-calibrated according to the CIE2015 color curve.
The Pad 6S Pro comes with HyperOS out of the box just like the Xiaomi 14 series, and even has dedicated POGO pins in the back that allows it to attach to the SU7 EV‘s dashboard and be part of the car’s infotainment system.Â

As a flagship laptop, the Pad 6S Pro has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Its large 10000mAh battery supports 120w charging–the fastest charging speeds on a tablet. Xiaomi claims that you can top up that large battery in around 35 minutes, which is insanely fast.

Unlike the Xiaomi 14, there’s no word if the Pad 6S Pro will be made available in the Philippines.
