If you are having problems with your GCash acccount, you are not the only one: we’ve been receiving reports that GCash is down as of November 3, 2023.
A quick search of “GCash down” over X (Twitter) reveals that a lot of users are complaining that they could not use their GCash properly. Most of the complaints involve users unable to make any transactions through GCash.
According to reports over at Facebook, GCash has been experiencing problems since 5:57PM, and that the issue persists as of writing this story.
GCash has yet to make any updates on why their services are intermittent. Prior to this GCash apologized for the interruption of their services last October 9, where users also experienced intermittent service. While GCash did not disclose what changes they made to their platform, they did made changes on how you receive notifications for your transactions.
The last time GCash made upgrades to their platform was last September 9.
