Apple reveals PH pricing for New iPod Touch and iPod Nano
The Apple PH Store website was updated last night with pre-order pages for the upcoming iPod Touch and iPod Nano. Both devices sport a brand new design. The iPod Touch mirrors the 4-inch Retina Display of the iPhone 5, has a 5-megapixel camera, A5 Chip, and the funky wrist strap. The Nano was also drastically changed. It now has a 2.5-inch multitouch screen. Kiss those watch-iPods goodbye.
Here are the prices as per the Apple PH Store Website:
iPod Nano (16GB): Php8,290
iPod Touch (32GB): Php16,490
iPod Touch (64GB): Php21,990
Definitely pricer than usual but this is due to shipping and taxes. Hopefully when it becomes officially available through resellers we will be able to get better prices.
Bundled with EarPods
The new iPods come with the EarPods which was also announced during the iPhone 5 event. Watch the video below to know more about it. Johnny Ive is definitely convincing but the initial reviews say that the EarPods aren’t really that good and you probably will still get other branded earphones especially if you’re an audiophile.

When when when?
Apple website says it will ship in October so it’s safe to assume that the iPods will also hit stores around that time.
