After the C65, realme completes its 2024 line for the C series with the C63. Unlike with the C5x series, the C63 looks different from the C65 and C67. The C63’s design looks similar to last year’s C53 save for a vegan leather option for the Leather Blue colorway.
Save for the fancy vegan leather option, the C63 has the same internals as the C53, where you have a Unisoc T612 processor that’s paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The main camera is also the same as its predecessor with its use of a 50-megapixel sensor.
As for the C63’s display, it is the same 6.74-inch IPS panel used by its predecessor, which includes a 90hz refresh rate, HD+ resolution, and a U-shaped notch for an 8-megapixel selfie camera. realme also added its Mini Capsule on the C63, along wirh an AI-powered dual-light sensor for an optimal viewing experience. Keeping the lights on is a 5000mAh battery, but you’re getting a faster charging speed at 45w–for context, the C53 came with 33w charging.
Other features include an IP54 rating, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that doubles as a Dynamic Button, headphone jack, stereo speakers, and a MicroSD card slot. You also get Android 14 out of the box, and it’s expected to get at least 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates.
The C63 is priced at IDR 1,999,000(~Php 7.5k)Â for the 6GB/128GB model and IDR 2,299,000(~Php 9k)Â for the 8GB/256GB model, and will go on sale in Indonesia on June 5.
