Here’s another budget KitKat smartphone!
Aside from the ME Fun, Cherry Mobile also announced the Cheer today. Like the ME Fun, the Cheer is a budget Android 4.4 smartphone, packing a 4-inch capacitive display with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor.
