Users in Malaysia get first dibs

Samsung’s finally getting around to sending out the KitKat OTA update to Galaxy S4 owners in Europe and Asia. In our part of the world, it seems that Malaysian S4 owners managed to get first dibs over the newest update, though we can confirm that our own S4 has also been pinged as well for a hefty 402MB update, which we can only assume is Google’s delicious KitKat. The KitKat update brings faster multi-tasking,  Hangouts and SMS integration, as well as several tweaks for Samsung’s apps. If you haven’t gotten yours yet, don’t despair – it usually takes a couple of hours before the update hits all carriers and variants of the S4.
