Samsung gives a helping hand to creatures that are disappearing from the earth
Samsung has just released a new line of battery packs that not only keep your gadgets charged, but raise awareness about the plight of endangered species around the world. Dubbed the Animal Edition Battery Packs, these new, portable power packs is part of the company’s Charge Your Life campaign that aims to raise awareness about the plight of endangered species like the Giant Panda, Fennec Fox and Golden Monkey, among others.
The new battery packs come in two sizes: 8400mAh and 11,300mAh. If you charge your device with the battery packs with the Charge the Life mobile app, you’ll see the respective animal that’s on your battery pack move and get more animated as your phone gets more juice.
No word on pricing or availability as of yet, hopefully Samsung PH gets these cute battery packs here in the PH.
