After launching the Q5i earlier this week in China, realme is back to launch two new variants: the realme Q5 and Q5 Pro. Both smartphones are equipped with premium features such as 5G compatibility, 120Hz screen, triple camera setup, and more.
Starting with the display, the Q5 has a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD panel that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a brightness of 600 nits, a pixel density of 401 ppi, and screen space of 90.8 percent. Meanwhile, the Q5 Pro features a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED E4 screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,300 nits of brightness, and a 92.6 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Powering the Q5 is a Snapdragon 695 with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It also has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 60W fast charging. On the other hand, the Q5 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 870 paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of built-in storage. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports faster 80W charging.
Now, for the camera. The main camera of the Q5 has a 50-megapixel primary camera and a pair of 2-megapixel auxiliary cameras for depth and macro shots. Meanwhile, the rear camera of the Q5 Pro has a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 118-degree FOV, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with a 4cm focal length. Both variants are fitted with a 16-megapixel camera for snapping selfies.
