To help with employee engagement across its different offices around Southeast Asia, Grab taps Zoom for its services to help it succeed in a hybrid work environment. Among the Zoom platform solutions Grab uses for interacting with its employees include Zoom Rooms, Zoom Events, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Webinars.
Zoom’s suite of tools is important for Grab’s operations, as it has offices beyond Southeast Asia that include Seattle, Bengaluru, and Cluj Napoca. Grab has also deployed Zoom Rooms across 400 meeting and conference rooms to aid with employee collaborations, while Events and Mesh are used for hosting internal town halls. Zoom Meetings and Webinars are used to communicate virtually with hybrid teams, partners, and customers, while IQ for sales is used to upskill account managers of the Grab For Business platform.
