Lenovo expands its portfolio of AI PCs with the availability of the AMD version ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 in the Philippines, a business laptop designed with professionals in mind. The ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 features a 14-inch display with 2.8K OLED and Full HD touch/non-touch options and is powered by AMD’s Ryzen 7 PRO 8840HS, which has a built-in NPU for AI workflows and an 8-core layout with a maximum clock speed of 5.1GHz. You get Windows 11 Pro out of the box, along with Microsoft’s latest Copilot AI tools.
Configuration options for the ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 include up to 96GB DDR5 5600MHz RAM and up to 2TB PCIe 4×4 SSD, while graphics are taken care of by AMD’s Radeon 780M integrated graphics. As a business laptop, you have options for WiFi 6e and also 5G Wireless wide area network (WWAN) for versatile connectivity options. Battery options vary between a lightweight 39.3Whr cell and a customer-replaceable (CRU) 52.5Whr cell.
The ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 AMD will be available on an order basis in the Philippines with a starting price of Php 82,000.Â
