Xiaomi 13T Series Specs Surface: with Leica Cameras?

With the Xiaomi 12T series turning a year old in a few months, the brand is expected to unveil the 13T series soon–and alleged specs of Xiaomi’s flagship killers have recently surfaced with a few interesting tidbits.

The specs of the vanilla Xiaomi 13T will use a “flagship 4nm SoC” that we presume might be the Dimensity 9200. It will have a faster 144hz CrystalRes AMOLED display, which indicates that the resolution might be 1.5k like what we saw in the 12T series. The vanilla model will have 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, along with a 5000mAh battery with 67w charging.

The specs of the Xiaomi 13T Pro will reportedly use a “leading 4nm SoC” that we speculate to be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It will be similar to the vanilla model, but it will get 120w wired charging, 12GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage.

What’s interesting about both Xiaomi 13T models is that they will reportedly have Leica-branded cameras, which will be a first for Xiaomi in its T series. Given the rumor, we hope that Xiaomi does away with filler 2-megapixel cameras on the 13T series to give justice to the branding.

As for pricing, the European price of the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro will be at 599 Euros(~Php 36.4k) and 799 Euros(~Php 48.5k) respectively–though expect pricing to be lower when they arrive in the Philippines.
