Is Xiaomi entering the PC market?
We all know that Xiaomi is releasing a new flagship this January, and we all assume that it’s going to be a new flagship smartphone, the Mi 5. Apparently that may not be the case according to a new leak – it seems that Xiaomi is indeed prepping a new flagship, but it might be a new flagship notebook.
That’s right – leaked photos of Xiaomi’s new flagship notebook has managed to make its way from China, and from the looks of things, the company has again taken a lot of design cues from Apple with their new notebook.
Specs for the new device are pretty good as well: Intel Haswell processor (i7 4500U, two 8GB dual channel memory modules (16GB of RAM total) and a 15-inch, full HD display with a price tag of only RMB 2,999 or Php 21543.
Again, none of this is confirmed as of yet and this may turn out to be a hoax, but if it is true, then Xiaomi may indeed have another winner in its hands.
