It’s a back-to-back celebration for Acer last August 6 where the company celebrated its 20th anniversary in the Philippines through the Acer Day 2023 concert held at MOA Arena.
Acer Day 2023 had a packed lineup that consists of brand Ambassadors Sarah Geronimo, Donny Pangilinan, Belle Mariano, KPop superstar Sandara Park, and a powerhouse cast of artists that include Sunkissed Lola, December Avenue, Zach Tabudlo, Sponge Cola, Mayonnaise, Ben&Ben, and Ely Buendia. Around 15,000 attendees watched the concert, both in-person and online.
Sarah Geronimo opened the concert by performing songs Cuore and Alam.
Sandara, together with the GForce Dancers, performed Festival, which is the lead single from her self-titled solo album debut. This also marked the first time Sandara performed Festival to a Filipino audience, along with songs T Map, In or Out, and I Am the Best.
Top local loveteam DonBelle, which consists of Donny Pangilinan and Belle Marian, brought kilig to the concert with a duet of the song Byahe by John Roa.
The concert wrapped up with Ely Buendia, where he performed iconic Eraserheads songs, Alapaap, Toyang, Pare Ko, Spolarium, Ligaya, Magasin, Superproxy, With a Smile, and Huling El Bimbo.
“This concert is not just an anniversary celebration but a way for Acer to give back to the community by staging a memorable event that brings all the hottest musical acts in town,” Acer Philippines General Manager Sue Ong-Lim said.
