realme Philippines, in its continuous effort to support local creators and emerging talent, has introduced the inaugural realme Creators Champ. This on-ground masterclass event aims to fuel the diverse interests of the youth. The nationwide invasion of realme will kick off in Iloilo on May 19 at the B Lifestyle Complex, Bonds Coworking Space, from 5-7PM.
As the first city with an official executive order for esports expansion, the realme Creators Champ Iloilo will focus on esports and mobile gaming. The event will feature an interactive discussion powered by The Stylish Champion, realme C55, and led by three pillars of the realme Esports family from the Visayas region: Arjay “Santie” Magcalas, breakout shoutcaster of MPL Season 9; Jam Montehermoso, organizer of E-Palarong Pambansa and creator of ILO Esports; and Joemar Vasquez Jr., Squad Leader and passionate gamer.
Participants will not only gain firsthand knowledge, tips, and tricks for mastering their favorite mobile games but also have the opportunity to win exclusive realme tokens and a brand-new realme smartphone engineered for mobile gaming. The event will offer a chance to meet the champs themselves. Arjay Magcalas, popularly known as “Santie” in the Mobile Legends scene, started as an aspiring MLBB Professional Player and was discovered for his shoutcasting talent. Jam Montehermoso is an advocate for gaming as a platform for youth in the Visayas region and founded ILO Esports. Joemar Vasquez Jr., a realme Philippines Community Squad Leader, has actively participated in realme events for two years and has been an avid mobile gamer since 2013.
realme Philippines will also be an official sponsor and exhibitor at the Cosplay Comic Collectibles Fiesta 2023. This two-day convention celebrates Filipino-made and Japanese-inspired works of art, encompassing pop culture, anime, toys, movies, music, and gaming. The event will feature fan meets, watch parties, cosplay contests, exclusive performances, and a live stage performance by realme’s brand ambassadors, the P-Pop group VXON.
