Samsung updates their Galaxy S4 Zoom with a slimmer design
Samsung has gone ahead and made the successor to their Galaxy S4 Zoom official. The Galaxy K Zoom is designed much like the Galaxy S4 Zoom before it – they took elements from their latest flagship, this time the S5 – and then inserted what is essentially a point-and-shoot camera around it.

The Galaxy K Zoom is now thinner and now actually looks like a phone, rather than a clumsy attempt to breed two devices together as was the case of its predecessor. The image quality of the new camera embedded in it should technically now be better, though the only way to find out is if we get our hands on one if (and when) it launches here in the Philippines. If you’re in a creative mood, you can take photos using the camera’s fully manual mode. Once you find a combination you like, you can name it yourself and share it online to other K Zoom users. Neat eh? The Galaxy K Zoom also comes with a number of nice features that you only usually see on full fledged cameras, which include the plentiful 10x optical zoom, Xenon flash, OIS and Samsung’s Pro Suggest mode, which offers 5 optimized filter settings.Â
