Xiaomi has released several Redmi K30 variants for this year. There’s the vanilla model which comes in 4G and 5G flavors, a Pro model with a Snapdragon 865 processor and pop-up camera (and is also known in some markets as the POCO F2 Pro), and a Racing Edition that uses a higher-clocked Snapdragon 768G processor.
XDA Developers recently did some digging and discovered a new model called the K30 Ultra. Carrying the codename Cezanne, the mystery phone is said to have a 64-megapixel main rear camera, a pop-up front camera, and will be powered by a MediaTek processor. Currently, there’s no Redmi K series that is using a MediaTek processor.
However, Digital Chat Station said that Xiaomi is reportedly working on a phone with a Dimensity 1000 processor. The said phone will reportedly use an IMX686 main rear camera, 144hz display, and a 4500mAh battery with 33w wired charging.
We should know more about the Redmi K30 Ultra in the coming days.
